NEPN/NSBA Code: IHD MSAD #37 POLICY ADULT/COMMUNITY EDUCATION
The Board of Directors of MSAD #37 believes that education is a life-long process and that all men and women should have the opportunity to participate in a high school diploma program. The Adult/Community Education Program in MSAD #37 will follow the State Laws pertaining to adult education as found in Title 20-A, Maine Revised Statutes. The Superintendent will act as the Board’s designee to meet annually with students from 15-17 years of age who are no longer enrolled in school but are participating in Adult Education (see Title 20-A § 5001, Chapter 211, Subchapter I.
