Personnel Committee recommendations for the hiring of substitute teachers, assistant teachers and teacher aides should be brought before the Board. CLARIFICATION: The Board’s intent here with regard to substitute teachers is that the potential sub’s name be brought before the Board for action before being placed on the sub list.
